UVC LAMP DEFECTIVE:
Check if the UVC lamp is defective.
1.
Press the START/STOP button [(1)].
2.
Press the main switch [green] ON/OFF.
3.
Unplug the machine.
4.
Open the cover of the flatware polishing machine and
remove the UVC lamp carefully from the lamp holder
and renew it with a new UVC lamp.
5.
Afterwards, plug the polishing flatware machine back
in and press the main switch [green] ON/OFF and the
START/STOP button.
UVC LAMP OR UVC SENSOR CONTAMINATED
The dust generated by the polishing granulate can also settle on the UVC sensor and can impair the
functions of the UVC lamp. The contamination must be removed carefully to resolve the problems.
1.
Press the START/STOP button.
2.
Press the main switch [green] ON/OFF.
3.
Unplug the machine.
4.
Open the cover of the flatware polishing machine, remove the UVC lamp carefully
from the lamp holder and clean it with the help of cleaning alcohol and a cloth or paper towel.
Please be careful when cleaning this sensitive component and do not press the sensor in.
5.
Afterwards, clean the holder of the UVC lamp. Fasten the UVC lamp again in the holder.
6.
Afterwards, plug the polishing flatware machine back in and press the main switch [green] ON/OFF
and the START/STOP button.

Insufficient hygiene

The hygiene is no longer guaranteed if the UVC lamp is not exchanged once the
operating time has been reached or after a defect.
