14. COMMISSIONING
14.1 BEFORE THE FIRST COMMISSIONING
The flatware polishing machine can only be commissioned if
the machine was checked for completeness
the installation conditions were adhered to
the operating instructions were thoroughly read
all valid safety regulations were adhered to
14.2 EXPLANATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE MACHINE
Before the first commissioning, familiarize yourself with the operating instructions and check whether
all items listed under item 8 (Work before the first commissioning) were observed!
Note:
The flatware must be inserted into the machine
clean and wet
to guarantee an optimal polishing
result. Water stains (calcareous residues) that are already dried cannot be removed by the machine.
Therefore, insert the flatware immediately after cleaning in the dishwasher in an absolutely
clean,
grease-free water bath.
We recommend adding a shot of vinegar to the water bath in case of
calcareous water!
To protect the plastic mat and the tub coating, we recommend to insert the knifes into the
machines grip first.
ATTENTION!
The machine cannot/may not be commissioned while the cover is open.
