The main switch is located at the underside of the device and
it can only be reached after the drawer has been pulled.

13. WORK BEFORE THE FIRST COMMISSIONING
13.1 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INSTALLATION LOCATION
We recommend placing the machine in the area of the dishwasher. The distance to the wall must
be at least 50 mm at the rear and 20 mm at the side because the machine vibrates slightly when
in operation. Do not place the machine on mobile surfaces. Using the height-adjustable feet and a
mason‘s level, the machine must be horizontally aligned before commissioning.
13.2 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Please connect the flatware polishing machine to a Schuko outlet (230V/50Hz).
13.3 FILLING THE MACHINE WITH POLISHING GRANULATE
The fill volume is app. 3.5 kg. Therefore, the offered packing size is a 3.5 kg bag POLIDRY (article number
204ZB00002) polishing granulate (see also item 17.2 Polishing granulate exchange).

Open the machine cover.

Spray the vibration container and the perforated grid with POLICLEAN (article number
208ZB00002) cleaning alcohol and dry it with a clean paper towel.
3.
After cleaning, fill the machine with app. 3.5 kg POLIDRY (article number 204ZB00002)
polishing granulate.
4.
Close the machine cover.

Let the machine run for 1 hour (without flatware) and remove the generated dust at the
vibration container and underneath the flatware insertion mat using POLICLEAN (article number
208ZB00002) Polishing alcohol. Let the machine run for one hour before you insert the flatware.
6.
Remove dust from the machine, vibration container and flatware insertion mat.
