Direct Agent Queued (DA_QUEUED)

Field Description
This field indicates whether the call was queued as a direct agent call. The
DA_QUEUED field is 1 if the call was queued as a direct agent call. This
database item applies to Generic 3 with EAS only.

— Direct Agent Queued
— NOT Direct Agent Queued.
