Exporting to a File

The Save As dialogue box displays:

3. In the File name field, enter the name of the file.

4. Using the Save in drop down menu, select the directory where you want to save 

the file.

5. From the Save As... dialog box, select Save. 

6. Open the file in an application (such as Microsoft Excel).
