How To Use It:
The following examples demonstrate how to form commonly used chords with MCS:
MAJOR CHORD: To play a one-finger major chord, play the key on the lower keyboard that
matches the letter name of the chord. For example, to play a “C MAJOR” chord (usually called a
“C” chord) play the “C” note with your left hand on the lower keyboard.

The red MCS Magic light indicates “C”.
MINOR CHORD: An MCS minor chord requires that two keys be played. The first key matches
the letter name of the chord, just like a major chord. For the second key count up (to the right)
three consecutive keys. Include any black keys when counting but do not count the key
you started on.
For example, to play a “C MINOR” chord (Cm) play a “C” key and the “Eb” key to the right of the
“C” key. Play both keys at the same time.
