All eight General Presets are factory set and cannot be erased. While using them you may wish
to adjust volume levels, add different effects, select different sounds or add a rhythm style. Go
ahead. You will never lose the original settings.
MEMORIZE
Have you ever been playing an
organ and come up with a really
great sound only to loose it once
you turned the organ off? Next
to the General Preset buttons is
a red colored button labeled
Memorize. This button lets you
save your own creative sound
combinations to the General
Preset buttons.
Follow these steps to Memorize:
1.
Set up the organ with the sounds and features you wish to save.
2.
Press and hold the Memorize button.
3.
Optional: If your set up includes a Rhythm Plus Orchestration style then press and hold
any key on the upper, lower or pedal keyboards (Using your foot on a bass pedal is an
easy solution). Continue holding both down. If a rhythm style is not part of your set up
then skip step 3 and proceed to step 4.
4.
Press and release the General Preset button you wish your set up to be saved to.
5.
Release the Memorize button first (and then the key you were holding if a rhythm style
was part of your set up).
The Information Center window will briefly display the preset you customized.
Then...
Then the window returns to its normal display...
The Information Center window may also display that the preset has not been customized. If the
window displays: PRESET NOT MEMORIZED, begin the procedure again.
NOTE: Be sure that the Memorize button is held during the procedure. Releasing the Memorize
button prematurely will cause the procedure to fail.
