Introduction
Operating the system
You can use both the keys and the touchscreen to operate the HDS
Gen3.
This manual uses the following general terminology to describe
operating the unit.
Term Touch Key
Select Tap the panel Use the cursor keys to select, then
confirm by pressing the
Enter
key
Press
and
hold Press and hold on
the screen Use the cursor keys to select, then
press and hold the
Enter
key
Drag Drag an item to a
new position Use the cursor keys to select an item,
confirm by pressing the
Enter
key.
Use the cursor keys to select a new
position, and then press the
Enter
key again to confirm the new
position.
