Connecting the I/O Robot Junction Box IDH 2182205 for RB40 Robot
The EQ ACCE D-Series Junction Box 24 V, part number 2182205 provides isolated input and
output connections between Loctite 24 Volt D-series robots and external devices such as
solenoids and sensors.
The necessary wiring must be provided by the customer.
Connectors required:
2 Sub-D 9 pin socket “ fe male” for XS1 OUT and XS2 Reservoir
1 Sub-D 15 pin plug “male” for XS10 RD24 Controller
Caution!
The EQ ACCE D-Series Junction Box 24V is only compatible with the Loctite 24-volt RB15,
RB20 and RB40 D-Series robots.
Do not connect EQ ACCE D-Series Junction Box 24V to any other Loctite Robots.
Note
For the connection of further accessories such as sensors for part detection or safety light
curtains please refer to the manuals of the EA ACCE D-Series Junction Box and the used EQ
RB40 robot.
