Product Description
The pump control system RC24 consists of a controller in a housing as well as brushless
servomotor planetary gear combination with supply and signal lines.
The RC24 allows dispensing either by the touch display or by interface via external circuit.
The following operation modes are available:

Dispensing via Start/Stop operation
▪
Volumetric dispensing
In both operating modes, the suck-back is adjustable and the calibration function enables an
exact adjustment of the used pump.
The parameters for four pump types can be stored in the control unit.
Dispensing Modes
Quantity Mode
Here, the required dispensing quantity is preset. The elapsed dispense time is displayed in
grey letters for information.
Start/Stop Mode (external time control)
Here, the duration of the dosage is defined by the length of the external start signal. The
elapsed quantity and time are displayed in grey letters for information.
This mode is particularly recommended for bead dispensing in combination with a Loctite D
series dispensing robot type RB40.
