For Your Safety

before operating the RC24.
Follow all safety and warning instructions unconditionally during operation.

If you experience any malfunctions, problems or damage to the unit, contact your local
Henkel customer service immediately.
Please refer to the relevant Technical Data Sheet for the Loctite® product to be processed at
https://www.henkel-adhesives.com or request the Technical Data Sheet and the Safety Data
Sheet (in accordance with REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006) from your Henkel Technical
Service.
INSTRUCTIONS given in these data sheets must be strictly followed
Within the warranty period, the device may only be opened and repaired by authorized
Henkel service.
Field of Application

The RC24 is intended for dispensing, distributing and conveying adhesives
▪
Place the RC24 with sufficient space around it for operation, maintenance and service
work
▪
Do not use the RC24 outdoors/outside
▪
Select the installation location in such a way that a condensation of the room climate is
impossible
▪
If condensation cannot be avoided, the room must be air-conditioned
▪
Observe the local operating safety and fire regulations
▪
The RC24 must only be connected by authorized persons

Improper handling of chemicals may result in potential health hazards!
Observe general safety regulations for the handling of chemicals!
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions! Request a safety data sheet for the Loctite®
product to be processed!
Only non-flammable cleaning agents are allowed!
Always wear goggles when working with compressed air!
Damage to the power cord or the housing of the controller can result in contact with live
electrical parts.
Check the power cord and the unit before each use.
Never operate the system if the power supply unit/power cord is damaged! Replace a
damaged power supply unit/power cord with a new one.
Caution!
Ensure power supply is off whenever you connect or disconnect the connection cord of the
drive or controller. Otherwise the drive motor electronics might get damaged.
