AL37 Servo Drive Alarm 

Description 

Servo motor or amplifier malfunction 

 

Troubleshooting 

1.  Open the electric cabinet. Check the error code 

shown on the servo amplifier 

2.  Follow the troubleshooting guide to solve the 

problem or contact us for technical support. 

3.  Press 

“STOP” button on HMI to clear the alarm. 

 

AL38 Motor Lost Its Reference Point! 

Description 

1.  If the pusher home position switch SQ2 is ON but the 

current position of pusher is off more than 20mm this 
alarm will be generated. 

2.  If pusher is at home position (-1.00mm<current 

position<1.00mm) but switch SQ2 is OFF this alarm 
will be generated. 

 

Troubleshooting 

1.  Check if the servo motor is defective.

 

2.  Check if switch SQ2 is defective of misadjusted.

 

3.  Press 

“STOP” button on HMI to clear the alarm and 

press backward to bring the pusher to its home 
position.

 

 

AL39 Servo Motor Positioning Error! 

Description 

The Servo motor positioning alarm occurs whenever the 

motor encounters some unexpected resistance.

 

 

Troubleshooting 

1.  Check if the analog module 02DA-E2 is defective. 
2.  Check for lose wiring connection between the 

analog module and PCB. 

3.  Check if the servo amplifier and motor are 

malfunctioning. 

4.  Check if the encoder of servo motor is functional. 
5.  Check if the LED of encoder input on PLC is 

flickering. 

6.  Press 

“STOP” button on HMI to clear the alarm.
