Gocator 2000 Family
This chapter describes the RS-485 serial communication settings and message formats supported by
Gocator sensors.
Gocator’s serial communication is unidirectional (output only). While measurement values and decisions
can be transmitted to an RS-485 receiver, configuration and control operations must be performed
through the Gocator’s user interface or Ethernet Protocol.
Refer to the Specifications section (page 162) in this guide for cable pinout information.
