Vacuum pressure system
To provide steady negative pressure for print
head in accordance with the settings of the
vacuum pressure gauge.

To maintain pressure within the setting range
when ink is pressed with positive pressure.

Calculation of the setting value of
negative pressure gauge:
In total, two values are required to be set on the negative pressure gauge, namely,
P_1,P_2
，
whose unit is Kpa. Among them, p_2 = P_1 - 0.2 . For instance, P_1is set
to be -1.6
；
-1.6 - 0.2= -1.8
；
the setting value of p_2 should be -1.8 and the final
negative pressure value lies between P_1 and p_2.

Operation to change the setting values of negative pressure gauge:
a: Press “MODE” button to enter the setting state-the minor screen will show Lo_1
for one time-then the value of Lo_1will be displayed- adjust its value through

Press ”MODE” button again to enter the setting state of Hi_1- the minor screen will
show Hi_1 for one time and then shown its value, - adjust the value by pressing

Press ”MODE” again to enter the setting state of P_2- the minor screen will show P_2
for one time - showing its value- adjust by pressing

b: Press “MODE” button to enter the setting state, and the minor screen will show P_1
