Liquiflo FTS Transfer Pump User Manual
Series No. FTS300

Installing pump head to drive unit

Grease the splines of the shaft coupling with Mobilgrease

XHP™ 222 – this is to ensure smooth insertion into the

drive adapter interface.

NOTE: Pump head weighs approximately 65 pounds.

Align the shaft of the pump with the shaft hole in the motor and carefully push the two components together,
ensuring the pump hub O-ring does not become dislodged during installation.

Install fasteners to couple pump flange and drive unit together, Figure 1.

• Lubricate O-rings with Dow Corning Molykote

111 lubricant.

• Apply Loctite
