Preset Operation (Models with 1-2-3-4)
The oven interface has four control keys and a 16x2 Vacuum
Fluorescent display.
The four function control keys are TEMP, TIME, PLUS, and
MINUS and are located above the circled numbers 1, 2, 3,
and 4.
Each key will have the additional function of being a preset.
SETTING TEMPERATURE AND TIME
During normal operation the display indicates the
operational temperature (TEMP) and TIME set points or
PRESET (1 to 4) and appears as follows:

Before a preset key (1-4) is programmed, the oven needs to
be set at the desired time and temperature for that preset.
NOTE: Change the time and temperature before
programming a preset.
1. Press and hold the TEMP and TIME keys for 2-3 seconds
until SET POINT is displayed. Release keys. The control is
now in an EDIT mode.
2. To change temperature set point:
A. Press and release TEMP key, so the following is
displayed.
B. Press PLUS or MINUS key until the desired SET
POINT TEMP is displayed.
