Set the zoom ass’y position to 50um and press the spot size ‘50’ icon

Repeat the same process the 1000um final spot position is reached

Save the value and validate it by rolling the zoom body vs the readout value

Ensure the spot vs. the slit are aligned in the center position, if not, proceed to
below procedures:
7.1 Ensure the “Ready” mode is activated and set the spot position in 50um
7.2 Double clicks the LIO icon for accessing the calibration
7.3 Enter passcode: “777”
