9. OTHER COMPONENTS:
The following mechanical devices may be disassembled and repaired with available
service parts by using the Detailed Parts List information in Chapter 4, Section 4 and
in Chapter 5 (See also Chapter 4, Section 3 for parts listing.)
10. ADJUSTMENTS:
A. Transmission Shifter
When reinstalling the shifter cable to the transmission (such as after removal and
installation of the Ford Power Train or "Engine carriage assembly" place shifter in
neutral and adjust shifter cable nut and pinion with the transmission shift lever until
a complete, positive neutral is obtained.
