(3) Remove head from rod.
(4) Cut piston seal and O-ring to remove from piston.
(5) Roll new O-ring into piston groove and install new piston seal.
(6) Remove all head seals, noting locations.
(7) Install new head seals.
(8) Coat rod and inside of head with hydraulic oil and slide head onto rod, being
careful not to damage seals.
(9) Coat the inside of the open end of cylinder tube with hydraulic oil and
carefully slide piston into tube.
(10) Once piston is in tube, slide head down and carefully fit into tube end.
(11) Slide head cap over rod and tighten down securely with spanner or pipe
wrench.
(12) Disassemble valves one from the other.
Reinstallation:
(1) Connect valves together with the same connectors used when disassembling.
(2) Reattach to bracket.
(3) Reconnect hydraulic lines to original ports.
(4) Reconnect electrical connections to original positions.
(5) Test for full function and leaks.

Removal:
(1) Locate hydraulic motor/compressor on passenger side behind cab.
