(2)  Remove compressor cover to locate hydraulic motor/compressor assembly. 

 

(3)  Remove bolt (left side outboard) holding slide out tray. 

 

(4)  Loosen hydraulic motor mount hold down bolts and loosen adjusting bolts 

(Fig 11) allowing motor to slide 
toward compressor to loosen belt.  
Remove belt. 

 
(5)  Remove bolt holding pulley to 

hydraulic motor and remove pulley 
from end of motor shaft. 

 
(6)  Remove hydraulic lines from 

hydraulic motor marking for re-
assembly. 

 
(7)  Remove bolts holding hydraulic 

motor to motor mount. 

 
(8)  Remove motor. 
 
(9)  Repair or replace as necessary. 

 
        Reinstallation: 

(1)  Replace hydraulic motor onto motor mount; lightly fasten mounting bolts.  

 

(2)  Replace pulley on hydraulic motor shaft and bolt down securely. 
 
(3)   Replace belt and tighten belt by tightening adjusting screws.   
 
(4)  Bolt down securely using bolts previously removed. 
 
(5)  Replace hydraulic lines in position from which they were removed. 

 

(6)  Slide tray into closed position and replace bolt holding tray closed. 

 

(7)  Replace compressor cover.
