SYMPTOM

6. LOSS OF ALL
CONTROLS and/or
PUMP/MOTOR FUNCTION
SPEED IS REDUCED
Engine/pump failure.
Check engine/pump.
Repair/replace pump.
Hydraulic line failure.
Replace hydraulic lines.
Hydraulic fluid level low.
Fill reservoir with approved
fluid.
Blown fuse.
Replace fuse (in lower
control panel.)
Control button malfunction.
Use unit schematic and
layout to locate device.
Solenoid failure (located on
each lift cyl., lower control
station, & behind lower
control station.)
Use unit schematic and
layout to locate device,
replace as necessary.
Electrical wire severed.
Replace with equivalent
wire.
Directional valve will not
return to closed center
position due to dirt or
defective seals.
Remove, clean valve,
replace seals if necessary.
Reassemble and test. If
problem continues, consider
other causes or replace
valve.
