a. Joystick Error
Most often this error is due to the movement of the joystick from its intermediary position before or during
the start-up period of the control system. The image indicating a movement of the joystick is displayed for
five seconds. If the joystick is not released during this period, a joystick error is recorded. Even if no error
image appears on the screen, the error and the number of events are recorded in the system log.
• Ensure that the joystick is in the intermediary position and starts the control system.
If it persists, this error can indicate a fault on the joystick or its module. For further details, see section
«Replacement of defective units».
b. Low Battery
This error occurs when the control system detects that the power in the battery is below 16 V.
• Check the batteries and their connection
s to the control system.
If it persists after checking the batteries and their connections, this error can indicate a fault on the power
module. For further details, see section «Replacement of defective units»
c. High Battery Voltage
This error occurs when the control system detects that the power in the battery is above 35 V.
Most often this error is due to over-charging the battery or a poor connection between the control system
and the batteries.
• Check the batteries and their connections to the contr
ol system.
If it persists after checking the batteries and their connections, this error can indicate a fault on the power
module. For further details, see section «Replacement of defective units».
d. Brake Error
This error occurs when the control system detects a problem with the electromagnetic brakes or their
connections.
M1 Brake Error
M2 Brake Error
• Check the electromagnetic brakes, their cables and the connections to the control system.
If it persists after the check above has been carried out, this error may indicate a fault in the power
module. For further details, see section «Replacement of defective units».
e. Motor Error
This error occurs when the control system detects that a motor has been unplugged.
M1 Motor Error
M2 Motor Error
• Check
the motors, their cables and the connections to the control system.
If it persists after the check above has been carried out, this error may indicate a fault in the power
