LEGREST ACTUATOR (2/2):
Assembly:
Assemble in the reverse order.
1. Position the upper ring and screw up the
2 countersunk head screws (Do not
tighten fully). (See figure 77)
2. Insert the new actuator through the two
rings. (See figure 77)
3. Tighten the upper ring (Tightening torque:
6.4N.m). (See figure 77)
4. Tighten the lower ring (Tightening torque:
11.1N.m). (See figure 77)
5. Attach the lower part of the actuator and
tighten the nut (Tightening torque:
11.1N.m) (See figure 78)
6. Align the top fastening hole of the
actuator with the holes on the two pads of
the legrest cross beam.
7. Insert the axle through the pads of the
legrest cross beam and the actuator. (See
figure 78)
8. Tighten the nut (Tightening torque:
27N.m) (See figure 78)
9. Replace the strap (See section «Legrest
compensating strap»).
10. Reattach the legrest (See section
«Legrest»).
