R-NET TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE:
Event
Possible cause
Solution
The chair doesn't start.
Batteries have run out.
Charge the batteries.
The electric cable of the
control box has come loose.
Reconnect the cable.
The protective fuse is
damaged.
Replace the fuse.
The chair doesn't move
The battery charger is
attached to the chair
Switch off the charger and
remove the power cable from
the charging socket of the
control box.
The brakes of the motors are
in the «DISENGAGE»
position.
Place the brakes of the
motors into the «ENGAGE»
position.
The backrest is tilted too far
Straighten the backrest.
The seat tilt is tilted too far.
Straighten up the seat tilt.
The chair switches off itself
after 20-30 minutes of
inactivity.
The energy saving function is
activated.
Restart the chair by pressing
the control box switch.
The chair stops whilst it is
travelling.
The electric cable of the
control box has come loose.
Reconnect the cable.
The chair take slope and the
angle of the backrest is too
low.
Straighten up the backrest
and/or the seat tilt.
The fuse is damaged
Replace the fuse.
The chair works only at a
reduced speed.
The chair is in standing
position (or has not returned
completely to the sitting
position).
Place the chair in the sitting
position.
The chair is not recharging
The fuse is damaged.
Replace the fuse.
The cable of the control box
has come loose.
Reconnect the cable.
