When your workout is finished, or stop is pressed, a Summary screen will be
displayed.

Pace
- The average number of minutes it took to complete a mile or
kilometer.
B.
Time
– The total workout time.
C.
Calories
– Total Calories burned.
D.
Max Speed
– The highest speed achieved during the workout.
E.
Distance
- The total distance traveled during the workout in Miles or
Kilometers.
F.
Max Heart Rate
- The highest heart rate reading during the workout.
G.
Avg. Heart Rate
- The average of heart rate readouts throughout the
workout.
H.
% Max Heart Rate
- This is the percentage of your suggested max HR
(220 - age).
I.
Ele/-
– The number of feet or meters climbed and descended
during the workout.
J.
Step Count
– The total number of steps taken during the workout.
