Turn the printer off.

After waiting a few
seconds, turn the
printer back on.

paper jam, try
removing the paper
from the automatic
feeder. If the paper is
lodged too far into the
printer and can’t be
removed, see “Paper
jams” on page 18.

not printing

Your paper is loaded, but
your cable connections
may not be secure.

Unplug the power sup-
ply from the electrical
outlet.

Make sure all cable
connections are con-
