Printing booklets
To print a booklet, follow the instructions below:

Load up to 100 sheets of paper against the right side of the
automatic feeder.

Select the correct paper size in your software application:

If you are using Letter size paper, select Statement as your
paper size. If your software application does not include
Statement as a custom paper size, set your paper size to
5.5 x 8.5 in.

If you are using A4 size paper, select A5 as your paper
size. If your software application does not include A5 as a
custom paper size, set your paper size to 148 x 210 mm.
Glossary
Booklet
A small book or pam-
phlet.
Note
When printing a book-
let, you can only use Let-
ter (8.5 x 11.0 in.) and
A4 (210 x 297 mm) size
paper.
Squeeze the release tab and the
media guide together, and slide the
media guide to the edge of the
paper.
Insert the paper with the
print side facing you.
