It can be caused by the damaged flash. Please contact your product reseller to fix it.

Utility
Q:
Why does the
SmartFlash
Utility not perform automatically when I connect it to the
computer?
A:
In general, the
SmartFlash
Utility will perform automatically when you insert the
SmartFlash
to
the
computer unless you changed the system setting to disable this function.
You can double click
SmartFlash
.exe in the
SmartFlash
folder of
SmartFlash
drive to start
SmartFlash
Utility. Then click
System Setting
, and click the
General
tab. Find the option of
“
Enable AutoRun utility when mobile storage is connected
” and enable it to change the
setting.

How to cancel the autorun function?
A:
You can click

” and disable it to change the setting.
When you connect the

computer next time, the
