modes, the signal may be supplied either via the digital input
or by the software via serial connection.
Trigger time [ms]
Specifies the maximum decoding time in milliseconds. This
parameter can only be set if
Time frame
is selected as trigger.
Auto response time [ms]
This parameter specifies the time in the free-running trigger
mode in which a code which is decoded multiple times is not
transmitted multiple times. In the other trigger modes it speci-
fies the time during which the digital outputs make the result
available. In this context, the value 0 means that the outputs
are held until the next triggering.
Trigger debouncing [ms]
Specifies the debounce time of the digital inputs.
➁
Image stream size
Specifies the size of the image memory from one up to
12 images at a resolution of 800x600 pixels and up to
50 images at a resolution of 400x300 pixels.
In combination with the adjustable trigger mode
Image stream
a sequence of images can be temporarily stored here and
subsequently evaluated. This particularly increases read relia-
bility in critical applications as it allows the inclusion of compu-
tationally intensive algorithms in the evaluation.
The advantage of using the image memory becomes apparent
in particular during the evaluation of moving codes. The
respective number of images is stored in the image memory.
Only then, the search for Data Matrix symbols begins. The
image memory is scanned until an evaluation is successful.
