Thanks to dual axis compensation, Builder is able to adjust
the horizontal angle reading accordingly. Therefore,
turning the telescope vertically might cause the horizontal
angle to change. The change in
<Hz:> is the compensation
of the standing axis tilt. The more precise the instrument
is leveled, the less the horizontal angle needs to be
compensated.
