Remove and fit the screw drive motor

1. Disconnect the power supply.
2. Disconnect the electrical cable at the terminal box and make a note of 

the cable route for later installation.
3. Undo and remove four nuts

4. Undo and remove four cheesehead screws

 and remove the upper 

shell support ring

5. Remove the drive motor

6. Undo the pin screw

 and take the claw coupling

 off the drive 

motor

7. Check the star

 for signs of possible damage and replace it if 

necessary.
8. Remove the grease chamber.
9. Undo four cheesehead screws

 and take off the motor flange.

Clean motor shaft and contact surface apply thin coat of 

conventional copper paste.

Fit parts in reverse order.
