Firmware Update
Your DBSD driver board was preprogrammed and tested during assembly at LeddarTech facility. It is
possible that a newer firmware version was released after your board was manufactured. If that is the case,
you should have received a notification from a LeddarTech representative instructing you to update your
firmware according to the procedure in this User Guide.
To update the firmware, place DIP switch S1-3 in the ON position, then reboot the board (power off, then on
again).

Once the board is rebooted, you should be prompted with the following menu:
Select option 1. You should now see that the bootloader is waiting for the firmware file to be sent:
Note that there is a 30-second timeout within which the update file has to be sent (bootloader version
20210113 only). After this time, if no file is received, the bootloader will return to the main menu. The 30-
second timeout is removed from bootloader version 20210526.
