MAINTENANCE
Pre Filters
The following steps outline the procedure for changing the prefilter.
1.
Close the valve from the Y-strainer or disconnect the source tank from the
feed pump.
2.
Loosen and remove the lower portion of the filter housing.
3.
Empty the liquid from the housing.
4.
Remove the filter from the housing.
5.
Wipe the O-rings of the top of the assembly then lubricate with permeate
or non-chlorinated well or spring water.
6.
Rinse out the housing. Insert a new filter into the housing aligning one of
the open ends over the alignment projection.
