5. Service Procedures

Prepare the replacement computer by removing its packaging and the four transportation screws:

Using a T10 Torx driver, remove the four screws on the panel which hold the existing computer in place.
Take care
NOT
to drop any nuts or washers into the desk.

Lift the computer upwards and disconnect its power cable from the underside:

Then fit the power cable to the replacement and position the new computer into place. Secure the unit to
the control panel using the four Torx 10 screws.

Reconnect all of the cables to the Central Panel Upper (see step 2).

Replace the Central Panel Upper.
Once the control surface is powered, the new computer will boot within a few seconds.

Before returning the faulty computer, please fix it to the heatsink using the four transportation screws shown in
step 3. Then return the complete package to Lawo AG.
