A Phillips or plain screwdriver and
an adjustable wrench is needed for
assembly.
STEP 1: ASSEMBLE FIREBOWL HANDLE
Assemble the firebowl handle [ T ] to the
front of the firebowl [ E ] using (2) 12mm
bolts [ O ], hexnuts [ P ] and flat washers [ N ].
Assemble the bolts and washers from inside
the firebowl. Tighten bolts securely.
Assembly time: 45 minutes
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 3: ASSEMBLE WHEEL LEGS
Assemble the wheel legs [ F ] to the firebowl
[ E ] using (2) 12mm bolts [ O ], hexnuts [ P ]
and flat washers [ N ] per leg. Tighten bolts
securely.
STEP 2: ASSEMBLE FRONT LEGS
Assemble the front legs [ L ] to the firebowl
[ E ] using (2) 12mm bolts [ O ], hexnuts [ P ]
and flat washers [ N ] per leg. Note the
front legs are assembled closest to the
firebowl handle. Tighten bolts securely.
STEP 4: ASSEMBLE WHEELS
First, assemble each wheel bracket [ G ] to the
wheel leg [ F ] using (2) 12mm bolts [ O ] and
hexnuts [ P ] per bracket. Next, assemble the
wheel [ H ] to the bracket using (1) 45mm
bolt [ K ], large washer [ R ], lock washer [ S ]
and M8 hexnut [ Q ]. Make sure all bolts
securely tightened.
STEP 6: ASSEMBLE SPARK SCREENS TO
FORM THE SPARK GUARD
Assemble the (4) spark screen panels [ C ]
together using (2) 12mm bolts [ O ], lid tabs
[ D ] and hexnuts [ P ] per panel. Make sure
the lid tabs are assembled properly from the
inside with the tab outwards. Adjust each
panel so there are no gaps between the
frames before tightening the bolts securely.
STEP 7: PLACE SPARK GUARD ONTO THE
FIREBOWL
Place the assembled spark guard in the
firebowl [ E ]. The spark guard will slide into
the firebowl about 1.5 in. until it rests on the
curved bottom.
STEP 8: PLACE WOOD GRATE
Place the wood grate [ J ] on the firebowl [ E ]
bottom. Make sure wood grate is used at all
times.
STEP 10: PLACE LID
Place assembled lid onto the lid tabs [ D ].
ADD SAND TO FIREBOWL
Before using, add a 1-1.5 in. layer of sand or
about 5 lbs. (size wise, its the same amount as
a 5 lb. bag of sugar) to the bottom of the
firebowl. This will help against the corrosive
nature of the ashes and help radiate the heat
upwards.
STEP 9: ASSEMBLE THE LID HANDLE
AND LID HOOK
Assemble the lid handle [ A ] and lid hook
[ W ] to the lid [ B ] using (2) 12mm bolts
[ O ], flat washers [ N ] and hexnuts [ P ].
Tighten bolts securely.
IMPORTANT!
USE WOOD GRATE
AT ALL TIMES.
IMPORTANT!
ADD 5 LBS OF
SAND TO THE
BOTTOM OF THE
FIREBOWL.

the handle [ T ] using (2) 12mm bolts [ O ]
and hexnuts [ P ]. Tighten bolts securely.
