Manual handling of the bed
Remove the curtain to access the compartment where
the motor is housed.
To detach the motor from the frame of the bed remove
the R-clip (c) and pin (d).
Leave the motor in lowered position.
Repeat the operation on the opposite side of the bed.
17.6.5 Rear bed
The switch (a) for the control of ascent and descent is
located under the bed, inside the garage.
The electric motor is protected by a fuse (see chapter
10 - Control Unit - Fuses).
17.7 Tilting bed cab Ecovip A-class
with manual handling
To lower the bed, it must be unlocked by pulling the
handle (a).

Some parts of the bed may hit the table when the
bed is lowered. Furthermore, the table may prevent
proper positioning of the ladder for access to the
bed. Before lowering the bed, arrange the table top
so that it does not interfere with any part of the bed.
WARNING
Before driving off, make sure that the bed is locked
in the raised position.
