Ball Gate Error
Ball gate sensors are not
reading expected values.
Check the ball gate sensors are
operating correctly and are not
jammed.
Use the run tests menu to ensure
that the ball gate motor is running
correctly.
Error EEP NJ
Only applicable to NJ
software
The CPU cannot read or write
to its on-board EEPROM New
Jersey data or is receiving
errors during communication
with the EEPROM. Clear the error by viewing it in the
errors menu and pressing the right
button.
If the error still occurs, the IC is faulty
and needs to be replaced.
HARD ERRORS
This category of errors is used to identify specific errors serious enough that gameplay must be
stopped, either to prevent damage to the machine or because it would result in a negative gameplay
experience for the player.

Coin 1 error
The coin sensor has been
pressed for a long period of
time.
Release the coin sensor to clear the
error.
Coin 2 error
The coin sensor has been
pressed for a long period of
time.
Release the coin sensor to clear the
error.
Error Front Sensor
The front sensor has been
reported as active for too long
Check that the sensor is not dirty or
blocked by anything.
Use the operator menu input tests to
check that the Front Sensor input is
triggered when throwing a ball.
Check that the sensor is connected
correctly.
If the problem persists, you may need
to recalibrate the sensor. Instructions
for this can be found in the operator
manual.
