Specify which type of user will be accessing this
shared folder, and then click
Next
.
In the
Shared folder name
text box (Fig. 5.5.1.C),
enter a unique name for the shared folder, and then
click
Next
.
This name can be up to 64 characters long and can
contain letters, numbers, hyphens, underlines and
spaces.

TeChNICAl NOTe:
Each shared folder name
must be unique. For example, if you create a shared
folder named Photos for Windows/Mac OS X us-
ers, you cannot subsequently create a shared folder
named Photos for Linux/other Mac users. In ad-
dition, the shared folder name cannot be the same
as any Windows/Mac OS X user name.
The page that appears next varies, depending on the
user type you selected.
