1. Press and hold down the button
for about
5 seconds; the symbols

p” will flash.
2. Press the button
the display will show a flashing “
t” symbol.
3. Press the button
to have access to the operating temperature values; the display will show:

to change the operating temperature of the appliance, until it reaches
the right value.
2. Press the button
to confirm it and the display will automatically show:

can be used to change the value of the thermic differential ∆T (the difference
between the activation and deactivation of the heating elements in the boiler), expressed in
°C .
2. Press the button
to confirm the setting.
At the end of the
TEMpERATURE pROGRAMMING pHASE, as soon as the “dt” value has been confirmed,
the display will show the flashing symbol “
t”.
NOTE. The temperature of the boiler (operating temperature) is usually modified exclusively in
order to adapt the machine temperature to the type of coffee blend used, so as to improve the
result in the cup.
