美国L.B. White保证其设备的零部件，在依
照每台设备包含的安装与保养说明、安全指
南及标签而适当安装、操作及保养的情况
下，没有材料与工艺缺陷。倘若在自最终
用户购买日期起12个月内，任何部件经认
定有缺陷，美国L.B. White将依其选择，以
美国威斯康星州奥纳拉斯卡FOB的形式用新
的零件或设备修理或更换该有缺陷的零件或
设备。
在L.B. White网站注册您的产品，就会让相
应设备及其零部件自动有资格享受保修考
虑。倘若产品未在L.B.White公司网站注册，
则需要提供购买凭据副本以确定保修资格。
倘若两者皆无，则保修期为自L.B. White公
司发货日期起12个月。
零件
美国L.B.White保证，从该公司购买且用于适
当之L.B.White公司设备的更换零件，自最终
用户购买日期起12个月内没有材料与工艺缺
陷。倘若某部件在其上已标记之日期码的12
个月内经认定有缺陷，则保修自动有效。倘
若缺陷的发生是在日期码的12个月后但在最
终用户购买日期的12个月内，则需要提供购
买凭据副本以确定保修资格。
前面阐明的保证为美国L.B. White公司的仅
有保证；所有其他保证，包括任何默示保证
或适销性或特定目的适用性，均明确否认。
倘若任何默示保证由于依法行动未于此有
效否认，该默示保证的期限为前述保证之时
期。前面阐明的补救为据此之唯一且仅有
补救。美国L.B. White公司不对与设备的销
售、搬运或使用相关的任何附带或间接损害
负责；并且在任何情况下，美国L.B. White
公司与该设备相关的赔偿责任，包括基于过
失或严格责任之索赔的责任，均限制在购买
价格。
有些地区不允许限制默示保证的持续时期长度，
因此上述限制可能对您不适用。有些地区不允许
排除或限制附带或继发损害，因此上述限制或排
除可能对您不适用。本保证赋予您特定依法权
利，并且您可能有因地区不同而异的其他权利。
