Motor and Fan Assembly
1. Remove all fan housing mounting nuts. See Fig. 22
2. Reposition the fan and motor assembly as necessary
to remove it from the burner box. See Fig. 23. The
fan/motor/housing is available only as an assembly
Air Differential Pressure
Switch, Tubing &
Pressure Orifices
For proper heater operation:
Ensure the clear
fl
exible tube is free of dust and
securely connected to the copper tube at the burner
and to the
fi
tting at the differential pressure switch.
See Figs. 24 & 25.

The air differential pressure ori
fi
ces should be
free of blockages. If cleaning is required use pres-
surised air:
-- Remove respective ori
fi
ce from switch. See Fig. 25.
-- Hold up to light. If blocked clean the ori
fi
ce.
-- Ensure ori
fi
ces are securely pushed backed into
proper location on switch.(Green into black stem on
switch, blue into white stem)
Servicing the differential air pressure switch:
■
The differential pressure switch is non-adjustable.
If the switch does not make the circuit after inspec-
tion of tubes and ori
fi
ces, it must be replaced.
■
Do not jumper the switch. Doing so will cause
lock-out of the heater’s ignition control.
