Start up the Control Software

Select
Configuration
from the
File
(F) pull down menu and then, register the
number of units used and IP address of the applicable
EDS-400A and set a folder for saving the file.
[Ref.] For operations on and after then, refer to Instruction
Manuals of the Control Software and Data Display
Software.
Set all the CH conditions and data recording conditions of
the EDS-400A in use.
If necessary, conduct zero suppression.
Collect the recorded data using the Control Software.
When collecting data, the data separately recorded in CF
cards in the EDS-400As are automatically combined into
a single file.
Start up the bundled Data Display Software and check
waveform of the recorded data. If necessary, save the
recorded data in ASCII format file and conduct desired
processing with a spreadsheet software, etc.
Start recording data.
Display the monitor window on
the PC.
Set CH conditions and data
recording conditions.
Collect the data.
Complete data recording.
Check waveform of
the recorded data.
Set operating environment of the
Control Software.
Always start recording data with the CF card inserted
in the card slot of the EDS-400A.
Data is directly written in the CF card.
Note that CF card free space of the EDS-400A with
multiple number of recording CHs becomes
insufficient quickly compared with that of the EDS-
400A with little number of recording CHs.
