Tine
The tines can be used until they are worn down to half their original
length.
Tines with a residual length of 150 mm can only be used for work with
very low working depths, as they are shortened by half.
Replacing the tines
The power harrow tines must be replaced if
•
they are damaged
•
they are worn

Lift the machine
Use suitable equipment to secure the machine against accidental
lowering or dropping
Switch off the tractor and secure it against rolling away
Loosen the bolts and remove them
Remove worn tines from the tine support
Insert new tines and fasten in place with the bolts
Support the machine
Do not perform any work under the power harrow without using
suitable equipment to support the power harrow against dropping.
Failure to observe these instructions may result in serious or fatal
injuries

If required
Only replace tines in pairs
If only some tines are to be replaced, always replace both tines on
the same tine support.
The uneven load on one of the tine supports could cause serious
damage to the machine.
Note the direction of movement of the tines
Install the left and right tines according to their prescribed direction
of movement
Failure to observe results in increased wear to the tines or even in
damage to the machine.
