Securing the ma-

chine

Before any tasks are carried out directly on the machine, by you or by
other persons, you must secure the machine.

You can secure the machine while it is folded in or folded out.



Lower the machine over the tractor's lower link balls



Switch off the machine's electronic control system



Switch off the tractor engine



Secure the tractor against starting up accidentally. In a clearly vis-
ible location, attach an information label stating that the tractor
must not be put into operation.



Secure the tractor against rolling away

Hazard due to an unsecured machine

An unsecured machine can cause hazards which are not immedi-
ately obvious. Secure the machine before carrying out any tasks di-
rectly on the machine.

If the machine is not secured, persons may be injured or killed.
