Adjusting the edging discs (fixed machine)
Remove the spindle
C
and its pin.
Slide the assembly on its tube to adjust the distance between the
edging disc and the path of the flow of soil.
Place the spindle
C
and pin in one of the four positions.
It is possible to adjust the height of the disc depending on the working
depth of the gang of discs by using the spindle
D
.
Remove the spindle
D
and its pin.
Raise the disc.
Engage the spindle
D
in one of the positions

The highest hole: working with the gang of discs at greater
depth.
•
The lowest hole: working with the gang of discs at shallower
depth.
Adjust the discs so that they touch the ground without penetrating
it (surface leveling only).
Test and then correct the setting depending on the quality of
leveling obtained.
The adjustment is correct when the ground is leveled evenly, without
any disc marks (discs too low).
If necessary, it is possible to refine the disc height adjustment
using the adjusting screws

Loosen the adjustment screws

Set the disc position.
Tighten the screws.
