Adjustment of the
rear accessories
Leveling discs
and leveling tines
Proceed as follows to adjust the working depth of the leveling discs or
leveling tines.
•
The leveling discs are mounted on rubber springs. This system
ensures that the disc is cleared when it encounters an obstacle.
•
One adjustment rod (A) per section centralizes the adjustment of
the discs and the tines.
Raise the machine.
Turn the adjustment rod (A) using the 27 open-end spanner.
Adjust the discs so that they touch the ground without penetrating
it. This is to ensure surface leveling only.
Test and then correct the setting depending on the quality of
leveling obtained.
Check the length of the tie rod; this should not be more than 520
mm (

The adjustment is correct when the soil is level with no tine marks
and no disc marks.
Edging disc or edging leveling tine
Remove the pin which locks the side adjustment shaft (B).
Remove the side adjustment shaft.
Adjust the side position of the exterior disc or the exterior tine.
Position the adjustment shaft.
Insert the adjustment shaft locking pin.
Test and then correct the adjustment if there are any ridges of earth
outside the area worked.

Always keep a safe distance from the machine when adjusting
settings. Failure to follow this instruction could result in serious
injury, even death. In particular, there is a risk that your legs could
be crushed.
