6.4.12 Handling
- Before carrying out any maintenance on
the machine, disengage the power take-off,
switch off the tractor engine, remove
ignition key and wait until all moving parts
have come to a complete stop and apply
park brake
- Couple the machine to the tractor.
When lifting this equipment, use appropriate
lift straps, chains or any other equipment, in
perfect working order, complying with safety
standards in force for this type of equipment,
and with capacities that exceed the total
weight of the unit, as listed in this manual
(refer to the technical specifications' chart).
- Position the lifting device at the places indicated.
