Handling the swather when in use
Fold the tine arms from working to transport position.
First:
•
Turn the left rotor until the three foldable tine arms
are located on the outside.
•
Remove linch pin (1).
•
Pull out pin (2).
•
Fold tine arms (3) into transport position. It may be
necessary to turn the rotor until, when folding tine
arms, they do not collide with the guard.
•
Insert pin (2) and secure with linch pin (1).
•
To secure the rotors against rotation, detach
tension spring (4) from hole (5) and attach to tine
securing clamp (6).
4.4.2 Folding the tine arms into transport
position
Then:
•
Turn the right rotor in working direction until the three
foldable tine arms are also located on the outside.
•
Remove linch pin (1).
•
Pull out pin (2).
•
Fold tine arms (3) into transport position. It may be
necessary to turn the rotor until, when folding tine
arms, they do not collide with the guard.
•
Insert (2) and secure with linch pin (1).
•
To secure the rotors against rotation, detach
tension spring (4) from hole (5) and attach to tine
securing clamp (6).
Check whether the foldable tine arms are located on
the outside at both rotors. If necessary, move the
rotors to the correct position.

Shut down the engine and remove the
ignition key. Secure tractor and rotary
swather against rolling away!
