Installing the speedbar :
To install the speedbar, simply pass the cord through the
pulley on the side of the harness and then insert it into the
tube along the thigh, under the cover.
The speedbar is adjusted by means of the adjustment plates
on the speedbar.
The optimum setting allows you to take advantage of the full
range available on the wing when the second bar is pushed
with your legs extended.
