7 - MAINTENANCE
7.1 - Ordinary maintenance
Ordinary maintenance consists in cleaning inside and outside the oven, as described in preceding chapter.
Cleaning should be made at least daily.
Check monthly the supply cable, the plug and the heating elements. Never use the device if is damaged the
supply cable, in case call an electrician or qualified personnel.
7.2 - Special maintenance
Before you call for service if the oven fails to operate:
Check to ensure that the oven is correctly plugged. If it is not, remove the plug from the outlet, wait 10 seconds
and plug it again securely
Check for a blown circuit fuse or a tripped main circuit breaker. If these seem to be operating properly, test the
outlet with another appliance. Check to ensure that command knobs are not damaged

IF NONE OF THE ABOVE RECTIFY THE SITUATION, CONTACT A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN. DO
NOT TRY TO ADJUST OR REPAIR THE DEVICE YOURSELF.
3 - RECEIVING THE MACHINE
3.1 - Check after receiving
Please check the delivery upon completeness and transport damage immediately after receipt. Do not turn
upside down the box. In case of visible damage do not accept the delivery or do it with reservation only, noting
the damage on the bill of delivery. Hidden damages should be reclaimed immediately after notice, within 3
days from delivery date.
3.2 - Package
Keep the package closed until installation and under consideration of the outside indicated positioning and
storage markings.
Packages should be stored in a dry and dust-free environment. In case of long storage (more than 3 months)
make sure you check the state of the packaging and the parts regularly.
The package consists in a cardboard box in which there are some polystyrene shapes that protect and keep
steady oven, enveloped in a protection film, and its accessories. The adjustable feet are in a pluriball envelope.
All the machines are issued with its due documentation and are carefully packaged.
3.3 - Packaging disposal
The package parts are similar to urban waste than they should be disposal according to the national and local
rules and regulations of the site in which are installed the device.
4 - INSTALLATION
4.1 - Positioning
Place the device on top of even and safe surface so wide to contain it and which support the weigh of the device
and of the food to cook (see par. 2.2), it must be well levelled , dry, smooth, sturdy, steady and it must stay at
about 80 cm from the floor.

Make sure that the packing material should be removed completely from the device.
WARNING:
check for visible damages such as: damaged, broken or loosen heating resistors , damaged, broken or
loosen handles or sensors, broken or deteriorate carter. If you can see one of these damages, DO NOT
USE the device and contact qualified personnel.
•
The device should be placed far from heat, steam and dampness sources.
•
Screw the four adjustable feet into its sites placed on the bottom surface of the appliance and adjust the
right level and position you need screwing clockwise or counter-clockwise the lower part of each foot.
•
The oven must be sufficiently aerated. Leave at least 30cm spaced from rear or front side and 5 cm from
both lateral sides Do not block or cover any openings of the device and do not remove any part of the
machine. ATTENTION: never use the appliance without mounted feet or obstructing the bottom
because on the bottom surface is placed the ventilation opening for electrical components.
•
The device is to be used indoors only.
Place the crumb collect tray on the bottom surface inside the oven.
4.2 - Electrical connection
The device is issued with an adequate section power supply cable and a CEI plug.
Possible extension cord are to be proportionate to power supplied and must be grounded.
This device must be connected to a grounded single power socket. Make sure that the grounding system is
operating. Before installation compare the local power grid specification with device nameplate (par. 2.1).
Connect only in the case of compliance.
ATTENTION: Grounding socket using in a not correct way cause hazard via electrical current.
